geforce rtx 2080 card isnt running

I just got my lumos desktop two days ago and I noticed that GeForce rtx 2080 fan or led light isnt running. any help?

RTX 2080 cards have variable speed fans that can be off at times when GPU use is minimal.   You can download EVGA Precision X1 from the EVGA website and have some control over the video card fan speeds and maybe minimal LED control depending on the Brand card.   It will show temps on the card as well.   Should be able to set fan speeds and be certain if they are working or not.

If the fans are not running at all after all of that, then start the process with DS Support.

If the card isn't running then you would have no picture? If you mean the fans aren't running make sure to keep an eye on the temp. Programs like HWMonitor and Speccy will watch the GPU temp for you as well.

I've got gapghic card geforce rtx 2080 that fans are working but one thing im still struggle with led light not even led light on so far is that common problem? im using evga precision x1

Not all RTX 2080 will have LED or LED/RGB lights...some brands/models don't.   Check out the brand & exact model of the video card you got with that companies website to see what's on board yours.   If it does have LED lights they still might not be RGB, and your control over them may be limited to on-off or pulse.

My sons Lumos has the NVidia Founders Edition RTX 2080 and it has just NVidia's green LED lights ...and we only can turn on or off or pulse/fade them using EVGA Precision X1.

Had the same surprised when I noticed that I got an rtx 2070 Super instead of an rtx 2070

My EVGA 1080 Ti fans do not run unless I start a game that requires more processing. Just surfing the web or whatnot, they do not run.

If you feel better running the fans, then just use EVGA Precision X1 software to control the fans speed.   It’s a great program.
