Impressed with Alex, from DS (Perplexed what to do

   I had some issues with my build. Alex, gave me the option to fix it right or a refund. I won't get into the details as that is not important to anyone other than myself and Alex. 

I'm just perplexed what to do because Alex offering me a full refund for my issues is helpful and shows that he is dedicated to his company. 

The other hand is that I wanted it right the first time and I can take a refund or have him build it.

I can have them rework the issues with my Lumos, or possibly switch into a different case. 

Either way, despite my negative experience thus far with DS, Alex has earned my respect in possessing integrity, so for that, I appreciate it.

I just would let him know by today.
