I just bought the Vanquish LV3.  It seems like I spend less each time but get a way better computer!!!

Now the fun begins.  Instantly get 2 emails that have (urgent) in the titles from DS. The first one said my card is declined and the second one needs more info due to shipping and billing address are not the same.

The second one I understand.  The first one kind of gets me because I talked to my bank and they state that the card was run like a gift card there was no billing information or anything else attached to it.  Just someone request a large amount of money.  Come on DS!!

The other thing is that they (urgent) in the titles but I can not do anything until DS opens in the morning.

Thats.. odd, about the the gift card. I wonder what in the world would have caused that? (I'm not insinuating its anything you did, I am genuinely curious).

DS will take care of you, of course you probably know that even better than I do. Smile

DS will fix it for you.  That Urgent tag is probably an automatic add-on for any issues.

yeah it is just annoying when someone wants an urgent responce but there is no way of getting it to them besides a message system that will still not reach anyone untill they open.
 
It all got worked out this morning.

Totally understand where you are coming from. Glad to hear it all got worked out!

Care to share the gift card situation? If it has any details you'd rather not disclose, I totally understand, but I was just curious.

I called my bank who then had to log into visa because it was a visa check card.  They said it was due to how the transaction was ran.  They said it looked like a gift card transaction because there was no other information attached to it.  Just DS request x amount of dollars.  Not billing information was given or anything else.  That threw up a red flag.

DS ran it a second time and it did not go through again this time the bank said the cvc code was input wrong so i went over the information again with DS and it worked that time.

First, thank you for choosing Digital Storm again and for being an awesome repeat customer!

We do a ton of credit card transactions a day and it's the first time I've heard of an issue with processing a transaction showing up as a gift card? Nevertheless, I'm glad it looks like we got everything resolved.

It appears it shipped out today! It would be great if you could post pics and a review of the VANQUISH line for future customers.
