Just the right PC for me!

 

Was I going to get support that I wanted? After reading posts here, and other places, this was the place to be. Not that I expect to have to use it but the piece of mind is what matters. DS wins here 100%

 

Next I wanted to stay at or lower then $2000.00. It was right at that mark. I wanted to go for more but right now I am a WoWaholic and feel I did not need anything to extrem, but also wanted something that I could upgrade in the future. DS is more expensive but the horror stories about some of the other custom builder just plan scared me. Here I felt I would alos get quality compoents, not subpar.

 

After calling and sending in a couple requests for a sales person to contact me, and not getting a response, I resuested some customer support who took care of that very promptly. I wanted to speak to someone about my setup and get a good feeling that what I was getting was right for me. After making a couple minor changes to my original selection I was all set. Thank you Mike and Eric.

 

I submitted my order and waited about 10 days for it to arrive (that was the longest 10 days ever ;).
