My order stuck on stage 1

i placed the order on october 6, 2018 and the order has sat in stage 1 for around 4 or 5 days already.

Just wondering if what's going on is normal

Lately this is normal, due to high demand and someone did mention they were in the process of moving the facility, but I don’t know that for a fact.

Stage 1 is the financing. Sometimes it takes awhile for all the banks to talk to each other. It also doesn't help that there was a bank holiday in there, too.

Hang in there. The waiting is always the hardest.

I was reminded recently that the financing (if any) clock doesn't start ticking until stage one approval goes through. It may be DS is doing some a favor by not letting you out of Stage 1 until they're ready to complete your build before you have to start paying on it. Just a speculation, but it could be a pretty nice customer service during a busy time when builds are backed up.

I'm with you, my order was processed on Oct. 2nd, and has been chilling in stage 1 since. I financed and already started to make my payments to pay it off early. I reached out to DS and I was told 15 or so business days for them to ship the order.

placed my order 9/24 today it was still Stage 1 as of an hour ago.... now its Stage 3

We've been extremely busy catching up with our backlog. We're making good progress now, we've hired a big team of new employees that are working around the clock.

We're sorry for the delays. Intel has been a royal pain for us lately, and it's due to their lack of supply for processors. If we had known of this issue ahead of time, we would have created systems in place to inform our customers better. We're trying to clean up the mess they created, but it's also difficult due to the custom nature of our business.

On good news, supply is coming in, and we are starting to get control with Intel on production.

We've also been moving to our new larger facility, this will gear us up for the busy holiday season.

I assure you with 100% confidence, the customer experience is always going to remain a top priority for us. These are just some growing pains that we are ironing out. Hang in there, we're getting better and better.

Hey guys,

I was stuck on stage 1 for more than 3 weeks (close to 4 actually) and i'm finally at stage 2 for about 2 days now. I have made calls to the DS location and they did say due to them moving to a new facility everything kinda slowed down. I hope i don't have to wait another 2-3 weeks just to move to stage 3. What im worried about is that i wont even have my NEW pc by the time i make my first payment which kinda would suck. i hope they get to my PC soon because i'm way too excited.

I would try and call customer service or emailing Alex over @ DS. I have reached out to them and when ever i did my build would move to the next stage... i don't know if its just coincidence but it worked, but of course i'm sure they are working hard to getting your build done.

Not sure how long stage 2 lasts but hopefully things start to move along.
