   Just received my new PC. Brief details (not going to bore you with all the specs), Intel I9 32gb Ram Asus mother board GeForce 2060 RTX 6DB DDR6 video card. 

any way out of the box every thing was packaged very well with no damage. (YAY) so far everything is working flawlessly. (Kudos to the testing team) in short the machine kicks butt. The one thing that is an issue is the build and delivery time. this PC was ordered on August 9th 2019, Finally delivered on September 27th 2019. I called to check the status on September 20th and it appeared to be sitting. The agent (Forgive me I cant remember her name. and she was very helpful.) I talked to was in California and tracked it down and ensured that it would ship on the following Monday. (it did) and arrived the following Friday. she did state that there were some delays due to out of stock items.

So out of 10

over all I would say 7 due to the crazy long build and shipping time.

	Congratulations and welcome to DS. You have one (of only two) DS's exclusive proprietary design cases. (The other is the Aventum). As you know, it is a very nice size and roomy case. Enjoy.
