My order has shown, "payment processed" for a week now. Ive got patience, but to sit at that stage for dang near as long as their build times, I'm starting to lose it.

Number of things...

1) Welcome to DS! Care to share your order with us? We love to see what others are getting.

2) Stage 1 (or "Payment Processed") can be the longest stage. In most cases, even though you see this everytime you log in, your order is actually progressing to the shipping in 20-25 business days window.

If you want actual confirmation you can email the person in charge of getting things done, Alex. Email to [email protected]

..and 3) If you wish to show that "Verified Customer" badge here on the forums, you need to be certain that your ordering email and your forum's email are an exact match (case sensitive).

Hang in there, DS will take care to get you the best possible machine.

Welcome to the family. We are aiming to ship your order by the end of this month. Stage 1 takes the longest (it's no longer called "Payment Processed" but "Pending Production").

You'll see it progress much further within the next week or two.

Very happy with the progress made today! Started this morning in Stage 1. Ended the day at Stage 5 (Stress Testing)
