Welcome man! Give it some time. The processing is going to be the longest part of your build. Once it gets through that, it should be smooth sailing. I am also new here as of a couple weeks ago. Patiently waiting for my build to arrive. Check around the forums here. A few people have posted their timelines, as well as myself, up above in this thread. What build you got going on?
