I can fully turn on my PC and the LEDs work but the PC won't display anything and the power buttons light flashes white. I can't figure it out and I have used sit resources and looked up information https://mobdro.onl/ https://vidmate.onl/.

If your pc has a dedicated video card (gpu) the monitor has to be connected to it and not the motherboard (mobo). When installed, the mobo disables its video outputs in the I/O plate and all graphics come out of the gpu. Very common mistake. Hope that is all.
Good luck.

A flashing power button light means the computer is in sleep or hibernate. Pressing a key on the keyboard should wake it up
