Well I am still in Stage 1 and was wondering what all the stages are. Does anybody know where to find this?

I am talking about this one

RMA Stage 1: (Duplicating Issues)
We have received your computer system and are currently analyzing and documenting your package. A technician is currently removing the computer system from the packaging and setting up a test bench specifically for your order. We will then analyze the reason why the system has arrived for service and determine the necessary steps in duplicating the issue.

Just curious how many more stages there are.

if they are testing your PC, it will take a bit of time, they will take it out the box and go to work on it, they will first try and reproduce your issue and then find the fix.

not sure about the exact stages

Here you go, Stage 1 usually takes the longest:
 
» Received Computer (Stage 1)
» Duplicated Issue(s) (Stage 2)
» Resolved Issue(s) (Stage 3)
» Final Stability Testing (Stage 4)
» Sent to QA (Stage 5)

Mine is currently in Stage 5... I wonder if its gonna go out fri or if there going to wait til monday to ship it.

I miss my pc sooo much, this dell core 2 duo laptop is depressing... Freaking intergrated graphics and a 15inch screen, not to mention its pre clocked locked cpu speed. Rawr! Sleepy
