I’ve seen some reviews on the stages and how stage 1 takes about a week but it would vary depending on the type of prebuilt computer you are looking for. How long would it take for the lynx model 2 take, is their anyone that has the same system that has gone through the same thing? Btw I’ve emailed Digital storm got no response and then emailed Alex the day after and so far no response I’m guessing their busy or hope so.

I believe I replied to your email earlier today.

All new orders are shipping within their estimated ship dates now. There could be a lag or delay with a stage update process, but the order quickly catches up as it gets close to the ship date and ships.

We're always busy, but at least now we're catching up.

P.S. we had a power outage that lasted two days (it was a major outage in California) which probably delayed a response for 24-hours).

Anybody in CA better start looking at standby generators. It is not going to get better. Confused

Unless you're in the middle of heavily populated bay area, close to SF.

I'll say this, I ordered about a month ago and I am still on Stage 2. Seems they are busy or have suffered delays. It will probably take a while to receive your PC.

Alex did reply which I thank him for. I was told I would get my pc no later than the 28th maybe even a week sooner if everything goes smoothly, I ordered it on the 6th of October btw. I’ll just have to hope nothing else besides the outage messes up their schedule.

We are all kinda in the buy it and get instant 2 day shipping mindset these days with things we purchase, but the DS rigs are all custom built by hand and they have a limited number of people and build benches.   When things get busy DS does not compromise on the quality...they don’t build faster, and they don’t bring in unskilled temp workers that make mistakes... so waiting means they will stick to their quality and test standards for your build.   Might take longer, but that consistent quality and reliability is exactly the reason why people keep coming back to get DS computers.    My own 4 DS rigs I have purchased since 2011 are all still running strong.    It will be worth the wait people.

Good things don't come easy nor fast! If you want it fast, go to a brick and mortar store and then you can probably walk out with something.

We're catching up quite quickly now, the entire wave of Lynx units will be almost fully caught up by the end of this week to middle of next week.

Custom units such as the Velox and others are also catching up.

The power outage issue was short, luckily we're all set now. The new facility also has a beackup generator.
