I’m not mad or anything at all. I’m just curious if this is normal right now? I ordered a Lynx Level 2 and I ordered a monitor with it as well. Ive been in stage one (processing) for two weeks. Placed my order on August 8 and went to stage 1 August 9. I know this question gets asked like every day so I’m sorry. Thank you for your help.

It's their busiest time right now. I have been in stage 1 since August 5th. You can try emailing [email protected] to get an ETA on ship date.
For what it's worth, I was told mine would ship on either 08/30 or 09/03. Hope this helps |

I ordered on 8/7 in the afternoon from the east coast. Was in stage 1 for just about two weeks, and hit stage two on the 20th. Went to Stage 3 the next day, and Stage 5 today. You should be close to making some nice progress.
Which machine did you order? Mine is a Lynx - Ultimate. I know the completely customized ones had a longer estimated time till ship (in business days) then the Lynx which was 10-15. |

Yeah I've been in stage 1 for a week now and I keep checking every single business day that goes past just to see if it went to stage 2 yet lol. First time buyer here and can't wait! I keep telling myself that the wait will be worth it and you can't rush perfection! I'm so used to buying and building myself and understand what can all go into a build, so hopefully soon we will all get some good news!!! Cheers and happy gaming!

If you're in stage 1 for more than a week it might not be a bad idea to contact DS or even the guy in charge of "getting things done", Alex by email. ([email protected])

I ordered on the 5th and hit stage 2 on the 24th. There was a shortage of Ryzen 3700x CPUs that resulted in my extra long Stage 1 time.
