I ordered back on the 22nd of January and I'm still stuck in stage one. Is this a usual thing? I'm a returning customer from a few years back and it didn't take near as long on my first rig.

Yes, unfortunately it is normal for the last few months.    DS has been all backed up with orders and they moved to a new facility.    Hopefully they get this behind them soon. Lots of complaints on the forum.

Yes . I ordered dec 27 2018 and just got a shipment email on the 15th of February. Mine is fifnally coming after what a month and a half ? So hang in there it will come .

Just got the update today finally went into stage 2 one step close hopefully things move quicker since it's been started. The excitement is high
