Typical Turnaround time?

I ordered on August 25th.
Made it to stage 2 and 3 on Sept. 5th.

What gives? I thought i read something like 10-15 business days was the usual turn around time?.

The 10-15 days is an estimated time, subject to change as you've experienced.

Their build volume and availability of parts, especially the new Pascal card, has a lot to do with it. 

I do understand your concern, but some of us have been here long enough to not be surprised.  DS , for both the customer and them, will get it shipped asap.  Big%20Smile

So whoever ordered a comp with the new titan x Pascals will experience delays? My order been on stage 3 for a week now.  Would be nice to receive an email saying if they are experiencing delays hehe.

Updates related to delays are probably an area that DS could improve in. I love me some DS, but it seems to be a recurrent theme. Just a suggestion. Strong

Every order is different, and some customers are more thrilled to get their PC as quickly as possible, so there are always situations where we may appear that we're behind, but we're not at this time.

We're quite on track, the busy rush from the Back to School season is over.

Regarding order progress, if your order is near it's 15th business day and has not shipped, please do contact me via email "[email protected]" and I will be more than happy to help.

There should not be anymore TITAN X supply issues, as that was when the cards were first released.
