When will it ship?

I contacted Digital Storm last week and they said that my pc would ship by yesterday the 2nd. Well an email about it shipping never came yesterday. It didn’t come today either and today was the 25th business day since I hit stage one so many weeks ago. Is it possible that it shipped without telling me?

Isaiah, what stage are you in, they will send you an email when your build progresses to each stage. Note that there is a lot going on with their end of things between supply shortages and the facility location change. Be patient if you are in stage 7 it will ship.

mine has been over 10 days and still in stage 1

Be patient they are very busy but once it gets to stage 2/3 it starts to move through very quickly!

I ordered my computer on the 13th of last month. It's now in stage 3, and the website says the computers ship in 20 to 25 days. It's now been 30 days and it's only in stage 3. What gives?

If you ordered on March 13th you are, as of today the 12th, at 22 business days.
