I've always wanted to buy a Digital Storm computer. Last time I let someone talk me into building myself. This time it is worth the extra dough to have someone that does it well do it for me.

I like to game. I use Revit for work. I preordered an Oculos Rift. I don't expect the Rift to be here until after April 1 so I have a little time to wait for new products to be available.
I do not intend to do any OC myself but am happy to buy something already OC.

Some things I'm not sure about:
I can get a TitanX, don't think I want to mess with SLI. Any reason too?

If I get a 980 TI or the TitanX with the AIO water pump should I stick with the factory OC or have DS try to OC it more?

Motherboard: I'm not sure what is best for my application. In the past I have always gone with the ASUS Premium board.

I don't need fancy lighting. As much as I'd like to have it the window for most cases faces away from me so I never see it anyway. I like the looks of the CoolerMaster HafX case. Since DS does not have it I picked one that looked close. I live in the desert. Dust is an issue (I bought custom filters for my current system)

I own a Soundblaster ZXR. This will be added in.

I use a 1440p monitor. It is likely that I will add another or get a 4k monitor sometime in the future. I tend to update monitors every 5 years. Next year I am due for an upgrade.

Budget:
[3-5k]

Expectations:
[Gaming, Revit, VR computer]

Usage:
[Computer will be used for gaming (all types, like to turn on eye candy), AutoDesk Revit, Rift VR]

Looks like an excellent build to me.

I wouldn't get the Titanx over the 980ti. Their performance is very close and 980ti is lots cheaper.   Your pick works.

If you go 4K you can add another 980ti for higher gaming performance if desired. I'd up the psu to 1000 watt if sli is a possibility.

The Deluxe board is a great pick, also. Which board depends on what features you want.

The Lian li. case is a different pick, don't think I've seen it picked before, but it is a quality case with great airflow.   More money but quality costs more.

Good luck and stay in touch.

My understanding from a recent thread is that DS might be able to get HafX cases. You'd have to check with them. Not sure the availability.

Looks like that was your thread with the info.

I would definitely go with SLI for 4K gaming. Get a couple of GTX 980Ti's (ASUS Strix Edition).
Velox, Intel Core i9 11900K, ASUS ROG Maximus XIII Hero
32GB RAM, 1TB Samsung 980 Pro NVME
RTX 4090, 38" Ultrawide LG-38GL950G
Noctua NH-D15S cooler and NF-A14 fans, Corsair AX1600i PSU
