it's a good idea to build on X99 for the type of work you want to do on it, and game.  i would suggest increasing your ram to 32GB (rendering chews up ram).  the I7-5820K did really well in 3DS Max and AutoCad when it was up against Xeons.  you should consider choosing a WD Black hdd for quality.  the Aventum case is really designed for whole system water cooling.  you might be better served with a Velox case, as it pairs excellently with the Strix vid cards air cooling design, and is a much cheaper option.
