I'm curious as to what the average time for people's machines to go from stage 1 to stage was for them when they ordered their machine(s)?
Mine's sitting on ~3 days. |

I'm just hoping mine is on the lower end.. hopefully.. because I have to leave for college within a few days of when the computer is supposed to get here based on DS's estimate :P I guess I can't rush perfection.
I also hope that I don't have to deal with some of the issues with UPS basically destroying packages like some other people have here :/ Edited by VoidWhisperer - 27 Jul 2016 at 1:16pm |

I would guess that it really depends on your build. I'm currently sitting on day 3 at stage one. I hit stage one really late Friday evening and then changed a couple things on my order on Saturday. Good things come to those who wait

I'm in a very similar situation, except I didn't change anything with my order.. I basically ordered the level 2 apollo build with nothing different from the base level 2 build besides LEDs and warranty. |

The best thing you can do is wait four to five days and if it doesn't change then contact either Alex or management

Depending on the dollar amount they may ask for authorization paper work and proof of ID to avoid credit card issues..... I suspect they are getting slammed right now by the Back to School season and the prices/popularity of 10XX cards

My order entered stage 1 on 07/18. It wasn't until earlier this week that it entered stage 2.From what I've been told, it seems a bit longer than usual because of the backlog of orders.

That is what I was going to guess, Alex has mentioned that they are pretty hammered recently.

As of right now, average wait time in Stage 1 is about 5-6 business days.

Guys Alex has already said the stage are generic and not real world, no matter what your build should take about 15 business days to complete, assuming your parts are all available and no extra issues arise.
You guys are just driving yourselves nuts looking at these stages every hour/day. Edited by DST4ME - 30 Jul 2016 at 2:28pm |

Correct, I would stay with the 15 business day estimate.

Bit of an update, things have been moving along a bit more quickly now, on stage 5. Is Stage 5 the one with the lengthy stress test to make sure none of the components fail or is that stage 6?
