Looks interesting. Could be just another AIO in a crowded field, but if the "quiet" promo rings true, then it would be a step up.
Not sure why a refill port with no expansion or clear reservoir to see the fluid level. Haven't seen any reviews yet, so..... Edited by bprat22 - 27 Sep 2016 at 8:02am |

Thanks.
Here's a quote that kinda summed it up... "There is no denying the pump is quiet and the hardware appears to work well, but there is nothing to suggest a bold and radical new approach to liquid cooling. It is our guess that be quiet! and Alphacool have gone down this route to avoid patent problems with Asetek who own a significant amount of IP in the world of pump-on-block cooling systems." It appears to be a solid offering, but not much performance difference, the article stated. Not a bad choice, but another to consider. |

Has a 3 year warranty, it will probably be like Swiftech where you will need to refill after 3 years. Course only way to know that is to contact Be Quiet asking them about it. |

Swiftech has the clear resevoir to check the fluid level. Plus, all the other Corsair units have a 5 year warranty and no refill needed or possible. Not sure the point of it. Could be the Corsairs do in fact need filling, but I never heard of cooling complaints over time. They just fail when they fail.

Ah well i sent BeQuiet a question about it so hopefully they will get back to me with the answer. There have been people that i have read somewhere who have refilled their corsair coolers course i think that voids the warranty. |

Nice. Let us know what they say. I'm sure they'll state a proven need for the refill, but other AIO uses might not agree.
The ability to refill after a year or two is probably a decent idea. The Corsair's must loose fluid over time. Maybe loosing fluid is why the pumps crap out. Just me speculating. |

So i got a response at 2:38 this morning not sure what time it was in Germany but i assume it was early for them as it is 2:40 p.m over there now. Anyway the person who responded to me said: "All AIO-Water Cooling Systems are losing liquid over time. We are talking about 5 to 10ml over 3 years In this case really small air bubbles are in the system and they can increase the noise of the pump." So i'm just going to assume you are suppose to refill at the end of 3 years or after 3 years just get a new cooler. Edited by ArkansasWoman777 - 28 Sep 2016 at 5:44am |

Thanks for sharing the response.
Honestly that's been one of my biggest hesitations with these types of coolers. |

It looks to me that they are using regular screw on connectors to attach the tubing. If true, that is a plus over the Corsair with its fixed connectors. It might be cool to add a reservoir to the loop. Also nice to have a copper rad.

Thanks Arkansas. Makes sense that some fluid is lost through permeation ( where did that word come from ). The idea of refilling is making a lot more sense, now. |

I doubt the pump on any of these will last more than 3 years maybe 4 max.
be quiet makes good fans that are somewhat quiet per their name, but their aio is the same as everybody else, and beat by noctua. I would say more but I need to Be Quiet. the above is the older model 280mm and not this one but you can expect it to do around the same with the new 280mm, aka h115i, noctua, etc. Edited by DST4ME - 28 Sep 2016 at 11:10am |

True but that is huge when you consider one is lc and the other is air. But from a performance point of view those few degrees won't really matter, still bequiet is not the best cooler/choice here, most people change the fan on their aio to noctua or other quiet fans including fans from bequiet.
