45 minutes a day. That's it....... Just kidding ...

Some never shut their rigs down and others like myself shut it down at the end of the day.    Really no standard rule.

I always shut mine down at night. Just something I have always done.

Thats a sweet rig.
 
I would say it all depends on if you need to leave it on overnight in order for it to complete a task.
 
Me personally, I leave my PC on when I am making video files.
 
From my experience that the longer that a PC is left on, the sluggish it gets but with that amount of memory and the main hard drive being SSD, you shouldn't have any problems with leaving it on.
