Can I pick up the computer once it's built?

So after having a bricked Alienware Laptop that's no longer covered by Dell Warranty I've been doing research and it seems DS has really awesome reviews. I've been looking into getting a new Desktop.

Once the computer is built would I have the option to pick it up from their offices? I live fairly close to their location. One of my biggest concerns is the handling of the package once its shipped out.

Also during the warranty period would I also be able to drop off and pick up if I ever need to send it back to you them for any repairs or services (just to save on shipping costs).

Hi Crono... Welcome to the forums.   Yes on all counts.   They're in the process of moving locally, but last I heard pickup is no problem.   Just have to make arrangements.
