Last time I used them, maybe 2 years ago, it was great. Prompt, courteous and competent.
You might find it a bit slower in responses in those 7 years because they've grown. More boxes out the door mean more hiring for support. It is a tough game trying to find a balance. But they have said they were working on it. |

So far I've dealt with three separate people during my time and they have all been really good. One was a bit misinformed but it was a period where they had a mass amount of orders and back orders on top of that. So they get an A+ from me.
