I am thinking of the getting the Velox build and this set up

That's a nice build and stability should be a non issue.     I would however change the Titan Black for the gtx 980 Ti.   A stronger card for $200 less.  

You didn't mention the monitor setup, but most single monitor setups, 1080p, 1440p and 4K with settings down a bit, will play nice.

No HDD?  The 250gb SSD will fill up pretty quick so a 1TB hard drive, like the Western Digital Black, will give you lots of much cheaper storage for photos, music, games, etc.

i got the hard drives and monitors i was thinking about the Titan instead of 2 980 because of SLI issues most games have and for more power down the road is or is that not that good?

I agree with not going sli if possible, but the single gtx 980 Ti is a much stronger gaming card than the Titan Black.    Even better, the 980TI is $200 cheaper for better fps in games.  

The Titan X is about the same performance as the 980ti but is $500 more.  Gtx 980ti is the better deal.
