Looking at the vanquish 2 level 3.

Buying my first gaming pc. I came across Digital Storm and liked the price and warranty. So did some research and saw some complaints about the motherboard and not having enough sata 6gb ports to expand. With that being said and will a Samsung Evo SSD fit? It comes with one hard drive and the one people reviewed was the higher end with 2 hard drives.

Saw it being mentioned on a few reviews.

Also with limited expansion as they say, would it be hard to eventually upgrade the cpu, video card etc?

The H81 mobo in the Vanquish level 3 has 2x Sata 6 and 2x Sata 3, I believe.   Two of the Sata ports are used by the optical drive and HDD, leaving two open Sata ports for expansion for SSD, HDD,etc.

The H81 can he upgraded to an i7 if the added hyperthreading is wanted but it can't he overclocked beyond the Turbo, so a "k" chip like i7-4790k wouldn't benefit from the unlocked processor, but still can be used for the added threads, etc.

Upgrading the video card is no problem.   The mobo has the Pciex 16 slot for any card out there.
