Budget: It was $2,000, but looks like I'm up nearer $2,500.

The question I have is on the power supply. I thought I needed 850w for this video card?

Hi Chromis... What monitor resolution will you be using?   For 1080p, even 1440p, a 4gb vram card is plenty. If you want 4K, then the 980ti with more vram would be nice.

That psu is also all you need. 850watt would run sli, 2x gtx 970. Bolt can't sli, so your good.

Build looks good.

Just a thought... If you want to save several hundred bucks, pick the Vanquish level 4.   You'll get a faster video card, but an i5 vs i7 CPU with hyperthreading. Faster for gaming but the photo work might perform a bit better with Hyperthreading, depending what you do.
