Front Audio Jack

   Hey all,

So I bought a level 3 eclipse in March or so (not the current level 3 listed) and I always had a problem with the front headphone jack, it muffles and distorts the sound if I plug in a headset or speakers into it. It was never a major problem so I didn't mind it.

Recently the way I have my setup, it would be easier for me to be able to plug in my headset/mic in the front of the tower instead of running 3.5mm extenders out to the front of my desk.

My real question is, would it be safe to say that something is just loose in the front that may be able to be fixed with a little push inside or could there be something bigger wrong with it.
