I recently received my Slade PC, but the front headphone jack does not work. The audio is distorted and sounds as if it is echoing. If I look down the port it seems as if it is misaligned. How do I go about fixing this?

I would pull off the right and left side covers, remove the top cover and see if you can get behind the port to see if you can realign it. Also trace the wire from the audio port to where it plugs into the motherboard.   Re plug the connection.

sounds more like a setting rather than malfunction to me.  i suppose re-seating the front panel audio connection to the mobo could reset the thing.  i'd also check your sound settings: right click the speaker icon (lower right corner of task bar)> select recording device> then the analog device (most likely labeled "speakers Realtek high definition audio")> make sure it's set as "defult device"> right click it and select "properties"> make sure the box "disable all enhancements" is checked in the enhancements tab in speaker properties> hit ok and see if that helps.
