Budget:
between 3000-4000

Expectations:
able to run 4k and play games at max set. and can multitask and easy to upgrade in next future

Usage:
most of it is games and slightly editing and programming

Special Needs:
hoping to achieve a high performance in a liltle bit of noise as possible.

For 4k we can go different routes.

we can put a titan under lc and you(not ds) oc the heck out of it and get the performance you need (it leaves a lot on the table on air).

or we can go sli 1080 on air, or we can go sli titan on air.

keep in mind with sli you will have to deal with sli issues depending on what games you play it can be mild pain or a huge pain.

Of course putting the system under full lc will brig the cost up.

the only way to quiet down the system is to go on lc but with high oc you need on the titan the fans on the lc system will be loud. WE can look at changing the fans to custom more quiet fans, but again extra cost.

thanks bro.

i was planning on gettin bolt 3 lvl 4 but i dont know if its good i wanted to be able to run multi tasking such as playing 2 games or editing while playing.

AS I mentioned we first need to decide how you want to go forth, sli 1080 or titan. Single 1080 is not gonna max out games for you at 4k and depending on the game, you don't want to run 2 games at the same time, the gpu can handle one game at a time at 4k with max settings. for example you are not gonna be playing fallout and gta at the same time.

So please let me know if you want a system with sli 1080 or titan and then we will take it from there, I can show you the bolt and other builds.

And please clarify "multi tasking" other then multiple games.

Ok without you telling me the details its hard to give you a config so I'm left assuming. so here is my assumption, your editing and programing is lite thus no need for more than 4 cores, so here is a config on air to max out 4k in gaming and some mild editing/programing:

They are both full tower, one is a little longer then the other but both are around the same hight. Velox has the best airflow.
