How do I get my configuration code? I've had the digital storm bolt 3 for a few months now.

Good question.   I don't think you can, unless DS has it on file.

I don't think it is, but check anyways. You could go to Support on the top of this page , My Account, log in and check there. Mine from 5 years ago isn't .

I checked. There's a config-id I tried entering but it says the configuration code is numbers only. No biggie. Thanks for your help.

Your email here on the forums must match, Exactly, the email you ordered with. Even a capital, comma, etc difference matters.

If it doesn't match and you can't change it , contact....

[email protected] to get it squared away.
