How do i look up a config that i purchased before?

The only way is to have the original order number.

The binder that came with your system should have a spec sheet in it.

IIRC the original order number is on the side of the case.

I dont have the binder anymore, its been a while. But i tried using the s/n sticker on the side of the chassis.... it no work. s/n is 1002DC14533 if anyone can help in case im really really stupid.

I don't know of any way to get an old config number.  Once you order it, DS starts to use their own confirmation number that's changed to the order number after processing. 

Plus, an older config number might not  pull up on the screen.

A call to DS might help, but not sure.  Big%20Smile

What do you need it for ? 

If you're looking for the original specs and have your order number, just hit Support up top, enter Order number, name and you can print it.

Try 14533 only as configuration number with the name of original order purchaser. That serial number shows that it was built Dec 20, 2001. (at least on mine it is deciphered that way)
