My Budget is 2500-3000. Looking for mostly a gaming computer that will play all the new games for years to come :). Monitor will be 22-24 inches. Anything i should consider or change?

Drop the ram to 8Gb, all that gaming can use. 
Change the gtx 580 to the gtx 680 for max gaming on that monitor for some time. 
If you never want to sli, 2x gpu, then the 750HX psu would save you some money.
 
No HDD for drive 2?  Good to store data on and save the SSD for OS, games you play alot, etc.

Am i pushing it with the stage 2 or should  i opt for stage 1.

Done right, stage 2 is fine. If you' re a bit apprehensive then stage 1 is still great. Either way, this build will be awesome.
