I just replaced my motherboard and and cpu and I am having a horrible time getting the drivers to install. Nothing is working like it should I don't know what to do. Usb 3 ports don't work and I can't shut the computer off.

Sounds like you have not wired your mobo correctly, go back and look at the manual and double check every step one by one.
