Hi,
Sorry for the newbie question.
I got my "new" PC delivered in early December 2016.
I have a 3 Year Limited Warranty (3 Year Labor & 1 Year Part Replacement) + 1 year upgrade. I live close enough to the area of DS in Fremont.
Do I need to keep the gigantic delivery box and all its content (or just some) for warranty return purpose ? And for how long, if yes.
Knowing if there is any issue that would require a return, I could easily transport and hand delivered the PC to their HQ Fremont office.
Thanks.

I would keep the box to insure safe transport back to DS, but I don't think it's a requirement for warranty coverage, if that's what you mean.

I have had my computer for over 4 years and I still have the box.  It might come in handy if I have DS do an upgrade. But, I live a lot further away than you do.

As a fellow Bay Area resident, close enough to drive over if needed, I would say that you don't need the box. Just belt that bad boy into the back seat.

Besides, the less to do with shipping companies, the less chance of gorilla hands breaking it.

Plus this frees up the box for awesome box fort materials. Cool
