I'd recommend the Corsair H100i mainly for its five year manufacturer's warranty.

We don't tend to recommend the overclocks. The 8700k already turbos to 4.7 and 4.6 on the all-important first two cores mainly used in gaming. The video overclock just means more heat for very little performance gain. ...But free, well... up to you.

You don't need the OS tweak at all. We don't know what they turn off, and it could be something you would want. Good luck even determining that. With 32GB of ram and an NVMe, you will never know a slowdown. IMO, that's an artifact from the days when system RAM was small, and windows wanted to hog too much.

Other than that, that's a really nice build.
