What do y'all think about this? Will Intel die out as i know Microsoft uses intel in their surface pros

I saw this a couple days ago.  I'm skeptical.  First it was AMD & Samsung.  Then AMD and Qualcomm; then it was AMD and Xylinx.  Now MS and AMD.  While it could happen, I think it's just another in the long line of rumors.  Also, if this was happening, would there be any rumors?  They lock that stuff down due to insider trading etc. as best I know.
