Was looking at that the other day.   First thing that came to mind, with their mention of Cafes, was back in the 80's, sitting at a glass top Pacman table in a local gin-mill.   Drop a quarter in, pick up your drink and play away.   This could open up huge potential.   

Not familiar with Chinese cafes, but that was my thought.

Yea, pacman glass top in a pizza hut back in the early days. Ordered pizzas there, instead of calling ahead so we could sit and play while they made it...
