Is there a password lock program available to lock files (i.e. save games, financial data, etc)?  Or is there a feature on Windows XP that will allow you to lock files so they can't be access without a password?

TrueCrypt (http://www.truecrypt.org/) is a very good open-source program I use myself.

TrueCrypt works as advertised and it's pretty easy to learn how to us it.  Plus, it's free, so if you hate it, just uninstall it and try something else.
