I have just replaced my ram with an upgrade and replaced my gpu and am wondering if there will be any issues with losing the OC of the cpu?

How can I tell if the cpu is still OC'ed?

Hi Tboy72...  Download and run CPU-Z.  On the bottom left of the home screen you'll see the the Core Speed displayed.  Stress the rig with a game, Windows Experience Index, etc and the core speed should  jump to your 3900 MHz speed, or there abouts.   If it stays low or just Turbo to I think your base 2800MHz, then probably no oc.

Replacing ram with the same number of sticks and the same clock speed normally won't mess with the oc, but no guarantees.    If it did, you'd probably see oc fault messages and not just lose it.
