Hi Kathix.....Here's a build that'll play great on your 1440p and side work on the 1080p.     The CPU cooler is maintenance free.

Sli would be a waste, the single 1080ti probably more than you need but does guarantee higher frames.

A 750watt is sufficient but the 850 watt is what I would get because I like more headroom.
