Second Hard drive not showing up

I have two hard drives in my laptop, but a few weeks ago I noticed that one was not showing up in BIOS, computer management, or windows explorer. I have searched and tried everything I could find, but nothing worked. Is there a way I could take apart my laptop and reconnect the drive or can I send my laptop to Digital Strom and have them fix it?

Do it ever show? If not, go into a disc Management , right click it and initialize and maybe format.

If it showed at one time, it could be bad. Most laptops have bottom panels you can remove to access the parts. Drives sometimes stack on top of each other or one will be under the optical drive.   Check the connection.
