Hey chaps,
Hope someone can shed some light on this because i have been stuck in stage 4 at the Canadian facility for 2 weeks now. My order was processed on the 2nd of January. Last week i was told they are backed up or something, so I was understanding about that. But its 2 weeks now and not even close to being shipped by the end of the month. Any suggestions? A refund maybe? Anything? Thanks guys |

They get them out the door as soon as they can. It's in their interest and the customers. DS is not like the big name pc sellers that have a warehouse full waiting to pull and ship.
We do understand the frustration. You want what you ordered asap. |

Depending on the hardware you ordered with your system there can be delays in the process. Check your spam to see if notices went there and contact DS. The wait will be very worth it. |

Well when it comes down to it there is not much we can do but wait. I am in a similar situation. I placed my order on Nov 11, 2016 and got put into stage 3 on November 22. I am still in Stage 3; I assume with all the over the top parts i put into the system it may be held back a little. Digital Storm is known for quality products i am sure if you can hang in there a little longer you will be satisfied with the result. I am chomping at the bit to get my computer as well, but i would rather have a perfect system than get a rushed problem monster. :) You are almost there, well look at the bright side, you are ahead of me ZY |

I got place on update stage 5 10 days ago. So it's progressing. But i know it will be a quality product with this amount of care.
They must be doing lots of business ;-) |

Thanks Alex, Not sure how long stage 5 will be, just really appreciate the work you guys are doing. I would rather know that all test are done for my system. Kinda splashed out on this one this year, all my other pcs are from Cyberpower. Really excited for my Vanquish :-) |

I have a tracking number now Alex, thanks alot. One problem, When I enter the tracking number in either google search or fedex directly it says tracking number can not be found. Pretty sure it hasn't been registered in system yet so I will try again later. Any thoughts? Thanks again for awesome customer service. |

Yep, that's it. The carrier probably hasn't picked it up , just notified of shipping status, or just haven't entered it.
