So i got an email on 12/30/16 saying my new rig would be shipped out the next business day, and considering i ordered it on 12/11/16 i was excited i would finally have my computer, however its been over 2 business days and i havent been contacted either by phone or by email updating me on whether its been shipped or encountered some kind of problem...

I tried calling them but i was on hold for about 20 minutes til i gave up .. My order number is 62637 if any staff can finally shed some light on this hopefully.

Same thing as mine. I was sending emails last week then I did emailed them again a couple days ago and still no response from them. My order was put to stage 1 last 12-27-16 and it hasn't been changed or updated yet. I did try emailing them but I get no response

I would not stress to much.  I know the anticipation of opening that shiny new computer is probably killing all of us.  I as well have been waiting since late November, but good things come to those who wait.

It is probably also due to the very busy Christmas season.  I can only imagine how many order they received in preparation for the holidays.
