I placed my order immediately when the Vanquish 4 lv 4 came up last Wednesday. But it was still Stage 1 even now...

When can I reach Stage 2

the Vanquish line is prebuilt. They generally go from Order (Stage 1) to testing to ship. As you ordered on Wednesday it would be normal to have it ship the next Wednesday.

However, since the Vanquish 4 was off the market for a little while, there is probably a backlog or orders they have to get through. Alex has said before that this line is their most popular and best selling model.

Anyway, don't put too much into 'stage x' email notices with the Vanquish, go ahead and call them or email the team directly if you're concerned.

You'll probably be very surprised.

I ordered my Vanquish last Tuesday and am still on stage 1. I called customer service yesterday and they said there is a backlog and I shouldn't expect mine to ship for another 5 or 6 days. I was hoping to surprise my brother with it this weekend for his birthday as its gonna be partially his but I understand these things happen. I'm really hoping I have it by next weekend because they were gonna have a LAN party this weekend for his bday but theyre making an excuse to have to move it to next weekend. Would really like to surprise him with it there.

With the Vanquish there is only stage 1 and stage 7, nothing in between, so you wont see a change until it ships.

I'm in this boat too and from what I'm seeing here and through customer support emails it will easily be two weeks or longer before mine even ships...

Mine hit stage 7 last night and is supposed to ship out today. The customer service has been great at answering all of my questions in a timely manner and understanding that I needed the computer by next weekend to surprise my brother.
