I was told from digitalstorm that I can send back my PC for an upgrade if I just buy the part from them. Could I send back my PC and get a case upgrade like to a Corsair Obsidian 750D? Also could I upgrade my CPU fan?

Pretty sure they'll do anything you want.   If they don't have that case they'll need to special order it.    You'll need to call and price the changes.
