I'm an Amazon Prime member and get probably 100 packages delivered to me every year using UPS.

So, what's the one delivery that has seemingly vanished from the face of the earth? You got it. :(

UPS can't give me any details aside from the fact that it missed a train somewhere, but they're not sure where. I've requested that it be held at the dist center so I can go pick it up, whenever it materializes.

I hear your pain.

But, ground shipping from coast to coast is about 5 days, not including weekends, so a delivery tomorrow would be about right, from my experience.

My experience is one day from DS to Nevada. Three days across the country. One day to deliver. So five days like bprat22 said. At least that was my experience.

Hang in there, it will come. The wait will be worth it.

That location update is from me submitting a delivery change request so that I can pick it up.

Unfortunately it's not actually in West Columbia.

I've seen this situation before, after a few days they iron out and you should get your package. If things do not change, let us know and we can file a claim with UPS and go from there.

Woot! Picked it up today. Really relieved it was only a one business day delay. Now let's hope the UPS gods were gentle with it, and it turns on tonight.
