I'm going to purchase the Vanquish Level 3 and want to know if it would be able to run Battlefield 4 and which settings that will give me a decent amount of FPS. Anything past 30 like the Xbox 360 would be great!

The refresh on monitors is going to be at least 60fps. That's the ideal sweet spot to not get any dropped frames or stuttering. nVidia has a program that will adjust many games for their optimal settings so you can use that as your guide. You should be able to run most settings at high without any issues (providing your display is 1920x1080 or less) but some details will have to be turned down.
