What is the weight of the Vanquish 5 Level 2?

Greetings everyone! I've recently decided to get the Vanquish 5 level 2 but before I purchase it I need to know what the weight is. I looked all over the internet and couldn't find anything about it.

When you look at the chassis specifications it lists 30-45 lbs, but what exactly does that mean? Is that the weight of the case itself? Or with all the PC components? Is it a range of the desktop's weight depending on what customizations you choose? If it helps I'm going to be purchasing as is, with no customizations.

Hopefully someone could help me out.

The system with components is more around 40lbs to 45lbs, it varies based on the configuration.
