when are laptops going on sale?  i am a currently trying to convince my parents to get me a  2000$ or more laptop but they don't want to get it without a sale... are laptops going on sale on cyber monday?  i need a new computer for starcraft 2. i would like the third laptop with ultimate level.features. i have reason to believe it would suit me well. for such a game and for all blizzard sc games afterward.

Sorry, we won't be having any sales on our laptops. Our margins on them are razor thin.

We'll, the laptops are aggressively priced already. I understand they would like them to be on 'Sale' for them to allow you to purchase them, however, perhaps you could up-sell that they are already aggressively priced by Digital Storm?

desktops are a better value. for a gamer, they are a far better choice
for 2000 you can get a decent gaming computer and a netbook for portable work

yea i tried your idea but they are gonna wait till cyber monday. they just don't get it heh they'd rather save money then get a good working laptop.edited: i move my laptop from room to room sometimes.  so the post above my last one does not work...  sorry.  thanks  alex for your input though. probably going for model 2 with best and the 6ddr extreme high performance.

Just tell em if you cain't get a new laptop to keep up with your current hobby (gaming), you will have to pick up some other hobby that is less approved of :D
