I'm pretty sure Win 7 is not available on new PC's any longer. Win 8.1 was available on new OEM PC's if the licenses were already purchased by the OEM.

Could be wrong though... Anyone know better?

Hi Alci,
It looks like you can get W7 Pro in DS systems, with the exception of the Vanquish line, for an extra cost option. I read somewhere, or wishful dreaming on my part, that MSFT would support W7 until 2020. Support does not mean availability. I run W7 Ultimate and cannot get it any longer.

There are more knowledgeable people in the forum that will chime in and clearly set us right

We'll carry Windows 7 until Microsoft stops supporting it as some of our business clients still request.

There is an option to have Windows 7 Pro installed instead of Window 10 on the Vanquish 5 level 2.

Correct, we've been offering Windows 7 Professional since we started selling VANQUISH 5 as an option.

You cannot downgrade from my knowledge.
