Q:   How are processed/pending orders impacted?

A:   We have already notified affected customers with processed/pending orders of possible delays (1-2 weeks extra) from their original estimated ship date.

We thank our customers for being patient, as our team is working overtime and on weekends to take care of production backlogs. We rather not rush our process and skimp on quality, we know you are trusting us to build the best PC possible, it will be worth the wait.

Q:   How is technical support and warranty service affected?

A:   Not affected. We do not see any challenges or issues with our level of support and service to our customers. Our support staff is working remotely from home and is in constant communication with our operations team onsite at our facility.
